Come Friday, if the vote doesn't go the way you voted, will you quietly accept it or everytime something happens will you harp on that on that if the country had listened to you, it wouldn't be like this?!

"Oh come on! We all know how the EU works, if we don't get the answer right this time there will be another referendum until we do.
Ask the Irish."
I think it took them 3 attempts!! The debate has been so divisive I can't see either side letting it lie so to speak. |

What this man says is true ^^^
A good point by the way is that even with a yes it'll take years for the exit to happen. Does the UK have yo accept the vote on a referendum BTW? In Ireland it means a change in our constitution. |

said something about this earlier on another thread, i would not want anyone to start giving it the 'told you so, you idiots never knew what you were talking about'..
however it goes its only the start of another chapter be that uncertainty with the effects on the currency or the realisation that any 'reforms' yet gained are not enough and much more work is needed..
a pause for reflection maybe on what has been a poor campaign at times by both sides and has only served to cause some division..

It doesn't matter. If the result is "leave" it still has to go to vote in parliament. So nothing will change. |

Very likely.
But to answer the original question, personally my view is that if we remain we need to stop our little islander syndrome and fully engage with the project. Accept a federal superstar and all that comes with it.
That to my mind is ultimately what we are voting on. Because it's where they are going, and we need to accept that and either get fully on board or leave. Not keep dragging it back with our issues |

I predict that we will vote to stay and when we do the leave campaign will cry, bitch and moan about the campaigning tactics of the remain campaign.
This is inevitable because the ego's of politicians can't accept that actually neither campaign made very much difference and most people knew what they were going to vote before it was even announced. |

Come on, UKIP are on borrowed time after Friday. I say that with respect because they did amazingly well at the last election (vote wise) but the real reason Cameron called this thing is because he knew that a Remain vote would kill UKIP and those voters were more likely to go back to voting Tory than Labour. |

That's not true. If we vote to leave, we will leave. People shouldn't vote Leave if that's not what they really want. |

Of corse I will accept it after all it's a democracy is it not? After all if it is a stay vote it does not mean sometime down the line that if the EU do try to enforce the € on the British people I wood then expect a lot of trouble |

Still has to be voted through in parliament. |

Yes, but are aren't going to vote against the will of the people anymore than the queen would refuse to give royal ascent to a law. |

"Just look at alot of countrys in the eu... protest's turning into riots? If we vote remain i expect another bout of the london riots."
actually... i'd be tempted to say the opposite... just because london is probably the one place when i think you'll guarentee a huge "remain" win.....
so i think there would be grumblings in london if leave wins....
i think it will be interesting to see what parts of the country vote which way.... just because for example they think newcastle to vote in... but sunderland 15 miles up the road to,vote out....
you are going to see some interesting local and regional differences |

I'll be happy either way, voting remain so really want that result, but put £20 on brexit at 4.3 so will have cash for a night on the piss if it goes that way (Tonybet are offering your stake back if you bet on brexit and loose) |

I'll say exactly the same as you but in reverse, I predict another referendum in October after a tweaking of the terms!.
Then we'll all get together and sing hallelujah were saved |

We cannot force our MP's and unelected and unaccountable Lords to get the UK out of Europe. You can be absolutely assured that in the event of a narrow Leave vote Parliament will not be able to pass a bill to start to process. The vast majority of MP's and Lords do not favour a Brexit - this would be the case whichever Party is in Govt and whoever is Prime Minister.
The only prospect of this happening is with a huge Leave majority and a huge turnout.
There will likely be a parliamentary crisis as a result of this referendum. |

Far from it. The UK is not leaving the EU no matter what the result and I have found the whole sham of this referendum build up really quite humouros. Roll on next week for the star performances of political handwringing and outraged Leaver indignations. |

I could give you scientific peer reviewed evidenced that the world could likely end in 30 years, however I hardly think you'll do fuck all about it.
However we could go through a mountain of guess work on both sides that will probably make little difference in the end anyhow..... And somehow it's a fucking national disaster!!.
