A large group of people, say 50, in the UK present themselves for treatment and help. Without this they can't continue here. None can speak or have verifiable ID and are generally equal ages, fitness etc. .
10 look as if they could be UK people, the rest is unclear.

I'd probably avoid those who seemed like they were scheming to game me. I'd like to think i could be fair but likely couldn't.
If someone was low on shags, do you think it would influence their choice? |
