Apparently he left his 2 ton jeep car in neutral on his very steep drive as he walked to the gates and it rolled down and pinned and crushed him to death..tragic.

It's a common mistake that automatics are put in neutral rather than park. The vehicle will stay stationery long enough to fool the driver and then moves again. Some funny clips on a certain video site. In this case horrible and tragic.
