Does anyone else find they giggle when they discover a forumite has blocked them, when you have never directly messaged.
I don't tend to look at names often so i always end up gigling trying to figure out what i said to annoy them so much  |

I do. I do a little chuckling belly giggle thingy. I can understand if I'm local to them and they aren't interested in meeting me,the blocking because they are worries I'll look at their profiles makes me laugh  |

I'll admit to blocking a few who tend to stalk me...looking at my profile like 30 times in a week. If they are fit I wink them. If they are bi/gay guys or well munging I block just to save the trouble of seeing them on my list....shallow? Hell yeah...but it's a free world. |

I unblocked everyone on my blocked list the other week n it was suprising just who many have proven themselves worthy of the blocked list n ended up back on it. xxx |

I find that people use the blocking function very differently! I block only very abusive people or 'pests' who just won't stop messaging - and I've blocked about 6 in over a year!
Quite a few have blocked me though - and only they know why so I don't try to speculate! I don't giggle though - I think it's a bit sad really! Xx

A forum block is the equivalent to sticking your two fingers up at someone. It's threads about blocking that make me find out who has blocked me cos I check everyone that comments. Think forum blocks are a little silly cos you can still converse with them on the forums. |

I chuckled when i found out my fellas ex and a couple of her cronies had blocked me when we first got together.
I never met any of them, never spoke to any of them, and certainly had given any of them cause to. Some folk just haven't got past the schoolyard stage yet bless em! |

Don't think I giggle about it, though one or two raised a smile as I know what they blocked for and found it a little amusing.
I still interact with people I've blocked if it's just a profile mismatch block I've done, just cos we not a match doesn't mean can't have a laugh.
I assume those who block me when there's been nothing on forum, have blocked me because they find me too beautiful to look at |

I don't really notice. I don't care if people want to block me, though. It's all good. I only chat with a few people, and if they blocked me I'd likely be a bit hurt, but otherwise I just don't care. |

I block without thinking too much. Often its because I or we aren't going to meet them, sometimes because I dont want PMs from them. I don't mind a public conversation on the forums, but nasty PM is a different thing. If I see a post from someone who I think has very opposing _iews to me (mine are obvious) or who picks on others or is white knighting, then I often dont think I would ever want to converse with them, so block them. So many people seem to take blocks personally, like they have had to block a stalker .... who insists on posting of the same threads. It's just a bit mad as most people aren't living on the forums ... I don't ever counter block, if they've blocked me, good luck to them ... as we aren't meeting, I dont mind in the slightest. |

I think I've been blocked by a couple of forum users. Cos of my delightful and direct sense of humour probably.
In other news, I got blocked by a couple who don't use the forums. I saw them look at my profile 2 or 3 times today so I said 'Hello, I see you looking' or something along those lines and they blocked me!!!!! For saying hello!!!!????
