Who wants some of Bussy's soup ?

Not 'that' sort you dirty minded swines ...

The food type. The OH loves it. It gets requested at least twice a week.

So, the question is, what is it you cook that your OH loves or, conversely, what is it your OH cooks that you love ?

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I just cooked myself a yummy Thai prawn curry from scratch so I'm good.

Out of interest, what soup is it?

Just plain old veg soup tonight

Pretty much as boring as it gets

My fave is sweet potato, butternut squash and paprika but OH likes it simple so ...

When I need to earn brownie points I cook up linguine with scallops, pine nuts and a naughty creamy white wine sauce. Always tiramisu for dessert with far too much liqueur.

That or a massive roast dinner. I always feck up the yorkshire puds though

Sweet potato, Butternut squash and Paprika sounds lovely.

I don't have an OH at the moment but I always enjoyed cooking for my ex. She used to love a tuna pasta bake that I used to make for her.

She made an excellent full English breakfast.

Nothing wrong at all!! I make my granny's spring veg soup quite a lot. Cheap, filling & good for you.

I make lots of soup though - my best is mushroom.

I love others cooking for me & greatly appreciate it

In the middle

I have a very good friend who makes the most amazing beef stew with dumplings that are light and fluffy and just absolutely delicious, I adore every mouthful that I eat

Marc likes my guacamole (I know it's not "cooking" but it's as close as I get).

I love everything Marc makes me, but his vegetarian chicken franchaise is something I request when I've been really good

"Are you serving bread with it too? "

Bread is my food downfall ... so yes

Fresh ciabatta from the farm shop in Delph. Divine.

I could quite easily walk out of there with 3 loaves, a selection of cheeses and chutneys and hole myself up for the weekend

Ok, then set another place at the table, I'm coming round.

You'll both have to make do with cushions on the floor and a platter in the centre.

We're very continental here

I do lots of dishes but do mean things with pork fillets and fab toffee cake

I love cooking, unfortunately it's just for 1 these days, but my dumplings always turn out like cannonballs

I generally have batch cooking days and make curries, shepherds pie, lasagne, moussaka, chilli, spag bol, then freeze most of it
