Being father's day today,I'm making paella for hubby. It's one of his favourite dishes.

I prefer fiduea...

Ive heard your deep rooted in spanish culture... But my papas is the best. Majorcan fisherman fresh caught made on the quay side... And the aroz needs to catch a little on the pan mmmmmm nice and crispy... Hope hubby enjoys !
