Depends on what you class as tickling. The diggy fingers tickling doesn't do anything for me as I'm not ticklish if I concentrate, but the slightest of touch strokes drives me insane and turns me into a big puddle of squirmy mush.

To me that's a very intimate thing to do, it's the playful/ pester sort of play that comes with an intimacy and closeness. If a meet tried that with me I wouldn't be very impressed...
