Skin, then wings if BBQed nicely, then thighs!

I used to eat only the breast meat, then I started to cook, and found thighs were much cheaper than breasts, and tasted better too.

boneless thighs are great and cheap and tasty...they stay moist and they marinate a lot better than other parts.

I prefer breast, but really only because I just hate eating meat off the bone!

Any bit really i like the texture of chicken

I have ta go on textures rather than flavours cause i have virtually no sense of taste or smell

But i loves the texture of most meat and chicken is me favorite xx

When I have a KFC Variety meal, I would ask for 2 thighs or a thigh and a wing.

According to that River Cottage Guy Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall a traditional chicken should have very distinctly different light and dark meat. Only modern breading has changed chicken so much that all of the chicken tastes and looks the same (ie white). The best part of the chicken is the chef's oyster and a roast chicken should not be carved it should be pulled apart.

turn the carcass over you will find either side two oyster shaped pieces of meat, so often thrown away but are so succulent

on the underside of the chicken, the little discs near where the thighs join the body.

They are two pieces of meat, one on each side of the chicken, on the back near the legs. Very moist and tasty.
