I came across the following review and I thought of sharing and hearing your thoughts if you don't mind:
Food terrible, room service shocking, rooms need updating. Some staff were very rude.
I will not be using this place again.

i had to visit someone in reading years ago, and they managed to have crisps with mould on them! never seen that before or since! as a deterrent to returning though,its an idea! |

 it certainly filled the deterrent part of the criteria hope it rehabilitated too. |
