Let's share some little phrases people commonly say to encourage you but you find patronising.
I'll start "chin up!" It's very rare my low chin gets me feeling down lol |

Most of them are kind of patronising, but the person saying it means well, they're trying to encourage you and bolster your spirits. That's a good thing, no? |
