Well despite the fact that my baldness and long sightedness apparently puts people off (on fab it does anyway) I wouldn't change it. But I wish my bum was a bit bigger and prettier. Lol |

Honestly, no.
I wish my boobs were fuller (like they were 3 years ago when I was breastfeeding).
I am overweight too, but as I haven't conquered that yet, I obviously haven't tried hard enough |

Not really but then I'm not having to attract myself so doesn't really matter.
The people I want to attract seem to find it good enough so that's good enough for me

Hmm...mostly yes. I try and work hard in the gym and eat well to keep my body in shape. But I've had two children and breastfed for over 3 years in total so there are parts of me I'd change if I could wave a magic wand. Not bothered enough to go under the knife tho |

I've "blossomed" a little since having an accident last year as I couldn't train - back cycling now so hopefully I'll loose a little weight in the next few months.
Generally though, I'm very happy with my body; Mr average but what I lack in bulk and length, I feel that I more than make up for with my stamina and enthusiasm |

It's been a very long time since I've been completely happy with my body. Though finding time to tone now is very hard.
However my stomach pouch and lack of boobs are the battle scars of being a mother to two children under the age of 4 |

"Yep. I've decided if i was really bothered about my chunkiness I'd put more effort into losing weight and toning up "
That's my thoughts too. It's not my size or shape that bothers me so much,it's the weight I'm hauling around. I've had to do something about it. |

for some reason I find I cry more at sad things when alone, this has only been the last year or so
sad things like;
Clare Bowen (Scarlett in the show - Nashville)
Clare, who suffered end-stage nephrobastoma as a child, made headlines last year when she cut her long locks to show a young girl who had a similar condition that she could still be a princess with short hair |

Yes and no. Overall I want to be slimmer and I am working on that (slimming world) and it is successfully coming off, albeit slowly, but I have a lot to lose so I won't be a size 12 overnight. So technically, as I am trying to lose weight and change how my body looks means that I am not happy with it.
However, I will happily work with what I've got and learn to like what I've got as my body changes as the weight comes off.
I suppose that's the most realistic thing I can do at the moment.
I'll get there and when I do I'm sure I'll be able to confidently come on a thread like this and answer yes.

Yes and no. I'm fairly happy with my body and face but still trying to accept the changes brought through 3 pregnancies and new signs of aging. Very tempting to try certain cosmetic treatments but know is best to just accept these new aspects of my face and go with it gracefully.
I also realise I scrutinise my appearance far more than others so am aware most of these are things only I am really aware of! |

I had a bit of a man stomp the other day.
I got really ill last year and they put me on steroid treatment which put my Weight up to 13st (heaviest I've ever been)
I lost quite a lot of muscle tone from eating and not physically having the energy to stay awake let alone exercise.
I'm back at work now and down to my normal weight, but just had a bit of a whinge that I need to get back into better shape.
Overall I'm happy, it could of gone a whole lot worse, I just want to get back to being a bit more toned up. |

Work on your confidence, the rest will follow.
If I can run around Legoland Wet Play with my son in a swimsuit then you can and will feel comfortable at the beach.
Be kind to you.
In ten years time, you won't have the body you have now.
That's how I see it. |

Just where I need to be. |
I'm comfortable in my own skin. Has taken a while to actually not give a damn about how anyone else _iews me other than myself. Yes I'm working on a toned tummy and if I could get rid of my stretch marks there I'd like it but it's not an issue for me now. I don't want to change my shape just tone. |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
I am what I am.
I could do something about my weight but I like cake and chocolate and eating out too much.
I can't do anything about my height.
I'm healthier than I have been for most of my life. My autoimmune disease is under control, I can climb the 50 odd treads to get to my friend's flat at the same rate his gym bunny body can without puffing and panting and, I can walk for miles and still feel good.
My lovely photographer friend gave me my birthday pictures for this year and the boobs extend beyond the tummy so I'm comfortable with that.

Took me a long time to grow into myself (I'm 6ft 6) and feel comfortable in my skin. But I'm over it now.
Could do with a bigger knob tho...it's no fun being this size and hung like an Oomah Loompah.

Mr..i am very happy with my body and have been all my life. Always been lucky with genetics and can basically eat what I like, when I like..I'm sure it will catch up with me soon but hope not ha.
But I do play football twice a week and go to the gym 3 days a week so I work very hard at staying happy.
Miss. She's 80-90% happy I'd say and always trying different things in the gym to be 100% happy but as someone else said it's a working progress. She eats well but she only has to look at something fatty and it's straight on her lol..bless her..she hates me for my inability to gain weight |

Overall I'm think I'm pretty good.
There are days when I feel amazing & then there are days when I think when did my boobs shrink & my skin become looser.
Then I remind myself of my age & if I really put my mind to it I could help myself change the bits I'm not keen on.
But would I enjoy myself so much if I was stricter, probably not |

I think it depends on the situation. I'm incredibly body confident when I get dressed up and go out for a night.
I don't think about my body a huge amount during the day.
When I'm on Fab, or at clubs, or thinking about meets, I have serious body confidence issues. It's from a combination of what having kids has done to my body and what a chronic illness has done. I also desperately want to work out and get a toned body, but every time I do, I get more ill! It's so frustrating.
I'm trying to just go for walks a lot to ease up my fitness very gradually. Really I'd kill to beast myself in the gym, I love pushing myself to see how hard I can work out. But I always end up broken. Which is a bit bollox.
(Oh and my boobs are always flatter than my stomach size. So yeah, not a sexy look at all. Other women have curves. I have straight up n down-ness. lol) |

Never have been and doubt I ever will be - in fact I can barely look at myself in a mirror.
But my body functions sufficiently well enough for me to work and get by - and that's better than some unfortunate folk so I can't moan too much.

I'm always really nervous about my body when I know someone is going to be so close, I get so nervous sometimes that if a meet is planned to far in advance I work myself up to much that I have cancelled.
When we go to the club's it's always decided last minute because of my nerves but when we get there I set myself a time to strip down and just do it. Quickly walk around the place and it's done and my nerves are settled.
I do sometimes re-read our veries and wonder why I put myself through so much stress!

We of us who aren't happy with our bodies and say, 'WHEN I am slimmer, more tone, more muscles' I will be happier then.
Why wait for that?
I say we embrace our bodies and LOVE our bodies for carrying us through life!
I am going to love my body right now.

Not at all just now. It is a big fat disgusting mess.
Ill health has resulted in weight gain. I am heavier now than the day I gave birth and finding it extremely difficult to shift the flab. Intense exercise is currently out of the equation.
I'm still alive and grateful to be so.

This!! I was ruminating on this post yesterday having noseyed at poster's profiles and been flummoxed by their negative _iews of their bodies and realised I had to face up to my own negativity too.

Yes I'm happy with my body.
It would be nice to be a bit slimmer, with smaller boobs, but I do try to keep fit and would rather be generally fit and a little over weight but happy than stress about food and calories.
I have had a few people in recent months tell me I have a nice bum... including a lady at work. So I'm obviously doing something right
