Forum stopped being fun quite a few years ago, these days it's mostly slanging matches, spelling and grammar police, the cheaters threads, bi men threads, profile help (sometimes funny) and the three worded ones (fuck kiss avoid blah blah blah).
I think most lack imagination and stick to the norm, you will get the odd funny thread, but I've not seen one myself for quite a while, I tend not to bother in the forums so much these days as the subjects don't change much from day to day. |

I've been back off a weeks holiday and I can't say i'm feeling it for the forums at the moment.
I said on another thread it feels cliquey, something I've not felt for a long time. Maybe it's due to the type of threads being started at the moment, I'm not sure.
I don't think we're the only ones OP, there's a few regulars that don't appear to be contributing as much as they did.

Maybe it's all the dreaded EU stuff or the rain! It does seem to go in cycles though and depends who's about. I've been trying to be here less in the summer - not always successfully.

I can understand this. You'd think sometimes it was only those that posted on the forums that were on Fab.
The forums to me are completely separate to the fun and meets I have on here. |

External forces do influence what is posted on forums. Lack of sun more grey and rain weather, political and economic happenings.
Swings and roundabouts.
I don't believe it's cliquey, as it's always pointed out its people that know or have built up a rapport.It's always been this way I don't see anything different only different people.
Forums for me are to have a bit of fluffy entertainment nothing more.

Tbh with you TH I'm pretty disgusted with some folk on here atm. After yesterday's behaivour a member has had all his veris removed. Now I don't know the truth they could of been fake ( he insists they were not ) but to hound a member of fab like that is pretty dam disgusting and I think he deserves an appology. |

Some people get their jollies digging at people and being sarky. If there's no victims they won't have anything to say and won't enjoy themselves. I enjoy being an idiot but my brain tires easily,so I flit around dropping pellets of useless comments on any thread I can be arsed to. |

I've not been as active in the forums for a while. Leading upto Christmas and just after the general mood was light and funny but of late not so good.
The forums go through these ups and downs and now I just enjoy perving. .I mean lurking waiting for a chance to add my 2 pence worth of fun.
Whilst waiting I normally just keep in touch with friends. New friends welcome all sales are final |

I understand this mentality, absolutely I do I avoid the majority of the political ones as they get nasty & I don't feel I'm well informed enough to contribute.
I suppose my take on the forums not being fun at the moment is similar to LL's, your 'friends' / people you banter / have things in common with leave & you're left on the outside looking in, so to speak.
