Birmingham

I'm going to the show tomorrow in Malvern. I'm not quite sure what to expect. Has anyone been there before?

"No, sorry, what is it?"

Country fair basically, lots of livestock shows, dog agility, tractors, food tents, some military shows I believe as well (horses etc). They usually have fun fairs for the kids

Cakes? Flapjacks?

Expect to overpay for 'farm shop produce' and see tractors and cows. Oh and the local radio station broadcasting live with their little known DJs thinking they're celebrities.

Agricultural shows are not bad - in small doses. You're unlikely to want a 2-day ticket in my humble opinion but ok to fill a few hours and see a few things I suppose

Central

Not done this one but grew up with them and kind of miss them. There may be a flower and gardening type tent too - otherwise they're as the others describe them. Some potential flirting too - I've scored in the past with people who are chilled and in a fun mood. Wear a smile.

Used to go to there every year when I were a lad

I always enjoy the sheep shearing and the poultry sheds
