"Following on from yesterday's music post, in a post apocalyptic future, movies are going to be banned and you can watch one film for the last time, what would it be?

Mine would be The Godfather"

I'd have to flip a coin...

Heads for Ferris Beullers Day Off.

Tails for Goodfellas

Any film by David Lean but if I have to pick one only, it's going to be Dr Zivago. Great cast and cinematography.

"Blazing Saddles.

Fuck off nigger! Haha

Gotta love that film.

It wasn't "fuck off" it was "up yours". And even in the context of the film, that line isn't ment to be funny."

Every line in that film is meant to be funny, even taking in to account the whole film was a pop at how ridiculous racism is- but her delivery and his reaction is comedy perfection.

As for the OP, I'm thinking Das Boot, Ronin or maybe Apollo 13..........no, sorry, I'm going to have to have an illegal film library, couldn't possibly keep it below double figures.
