Is it true that very often if the neighbour's dog jumps over the fence it seldom knows it's way back?

The fallout are numerous, I guess.

You should have word with the dog.... I mean tell the dog how it's behaviour makes feel and explain your concerns,,,,,,, don't bottle these things up.....
