Be proactive - your ideal meet might be sat back waiting for people to contact them too.
And who knows while you're being proactive people might still contact you anyway - they don't need to be mutually exclusive.
On average (unless they're exceptional) most fellas sat back waiting for the ladies to come to them will be waiting a while
