Entirely dependant upon the person tbh.
Some old people are shit, some young people are shit, some people are amazing but shit with you because they want differnt things etc etc

The question is not old or young . It's what is considered old or young.
We are 40. I don't consider ourselves old. But for a 25 year old we are. For a 55 years old we aren't.
Back to your question. Sex is best with women you have a connection that can be physical, mental or both.

I personally don't mind. Had some older men and women who were oretty bad in bed and others who are amazing. Then I have people my age who don't know what they are doing or know exactly what they are doing. But I will say that I think the 30's/40's age bracket has the most attractive people in it |

Well the older guys I have been with know what they want and are confident and assertive enough to go for it but the younger ones are nervous and not as confidently filthy |
