What a great start to the day!
We've been mega lazy and just lounged about in bed all day so far 
Remembered I needed to get onto the mortgage renewal, 10 minutes later and down to £229 per month locked at 2.99% for 5 years. Happy days 
Could of locked for 2 years at £201 but with all the potential upheaval on the horizon thought 5 years was the better deal.  |

The standard rate is 4.74% at the moment so we're well below that. My experience with renewals hasn't ever gone well, my car insurance seems to go up! |
