I'd love to see you join in on a more controversial thread .... one with a bit more meat. I'd love to see some of your logic on some of those threads. Hopefully you are warming up with this one.

Prep work is part of my job. It can't be done without it. I work 12 hour plus every day of the week too .... so I guess working at the weekend does mean it's not a fifteen hour day every week day. It's not about easier, its about doing it right and thoroughly. Its not a job that can be done in less than 80 plus hours a week.

Weekend daytime is usualy my busiest time for shoots and sorting future work etc, a Monday to Friday 8-5pm job would be a god send sometimes.

Pahaha! No I'm thinking about keeping staff in decent money, decent lifestyles and enabling them to enjoy their family time. Me working harder means everyone benefits, including you from the extra money I have to pay in tax!!

Let me guess, your unemployed and probably think the EDL are a good thing.

In the care industry be it private or NHS, weekends are just another couple of days. Thankfully I no longer need to work every other Sunday so now have 1 day a week off instead of 1 day every fortnight!

You missed out coach drivers

Ok... some say it's the same as a bus, but I don't call myself a bus driver

Dunfermline

I work 2 out of every 3 weekends and then sometimes on the Sunday when I'm on my weekend off. The scheduled ones don't get classed as overtime as it's part of our working week. The one where I volunteer to go in is worth it alone for the money.

Yup, work two out of three Sundays. My weekend equivalent is usually Wednesday and Thursday if I'm lucky.
