We are waiting for a lidl to be built in crook. Howeva i have read a story of a pensioner who was fined £90 because he had parked hes car on the premises and had not been told to give he's car`s licence plate details at the checkout. What a scam. I dont drive so what if i booked a taxi to pick me up? Would they be fined if they waited for me ? Na think i will pass and continue to shop elsewhere other than lidl

Dunno about the particulars of that, but it's usually another company who are contracted to manage the car park at places like this.

hiding from cock pics.

Usually it is just to make sure that the car park is kept clear enough for the customers to be able to find a space to park. In the situation if the ticket was appealed it is likely they would cancel it I think.

Usually cancelled on appeal but unless you know the whole story it's hard to make a discission about it.

Some places they have a lidl also other shops and sometimes peeps park up there and disappear for a few hours shopping so can't allays blame lidl.

Especially if it in an area with restricted parking.
