Fucking sick of fucking companies putting the customer at fault when it's clearly their fucking fault.
Sick of 0800 numbers, sick of patronising people and sick and fucking tired of trusting things to go smoothly then spending weeks on the the fucking phone, trying to make two fucking companies talk to each other.
In other news, I'm a little sad that there's not a naked man in my bed because the way I feel right now, the sex would have collapsed the building.
Does anyone else get hungry for rampant, angry sex? |

I'm fed up but angry sex would only compound the issue. Stupid tonsillitis & a sinus infection has lead to me being unable to speak, my skull feels like it's full of concrete and I can't breathe through my nose!  |

It's a way of clearing the sinus cavities. Have a Google, if done properly, it's very effective. Loads of YouTube stuff too. |

I keep alternating between a sinus massage, inhaling steam & I'm just about to see if a hot cloth over the bridge of my nose helps too. I'm a bit iffy about squirting stuff up my nose as it tends to feel really unpleasant for me. |

Because it's warm saline, you shouldn't feel anything. Plain water bloody hurts though. |
