I'll try and dig up the place I stayed at a few years ago. No hot tub, but the view was nice, not too far from Betws-Y-Coed and the cabin was fantastic.

you should find some of those - cant find one with log fires now - h & s rules and all that

Try Forest Holidays or just look on holiday cottage sites, hot tub is a filter option.
