So I've had a night that's thrown me and I have to admit the red wine was d*unk to compensate. It hasn't helped to be said.

When something upsets or angers you how or what do you do to make yourself feel better

I don't drink when I'm upset. I find, personally, that drinking just exaggerates whatever emotion I have at the time.

How about reading something uplifting or watching stand up comedy or a funny movie?

Personally I spend time with my dogs when I'm upset but that's just me.
