You go to the beach clothed and then get your kit off. It's the same almost everywhere. Clothes on until you're past the 'clothes off' sign.

For those that don`t know Studland and are coming from some distance, apart from the North car park next to where the Sandbanks Ferry lands of the Middle Beach car park at the Studland village end of the beach there are usually no facilities on the naturist beach itself. A refreshment van appears during late July and August but it is very basic. So if you need to "settle" before you go onto the beach, visit the car parks first! |

Not really what I do it for. Have bumped into and nattered with fellow Fabbers on a nude beach many a time, but it's my relax and enjoy the warm sun time rather than shenanigans. There are plenty of others who have an opposing view however. That's one of the great things about fab, it's a big old variety box of sweeties. |

I went this afternoon (Mon) to St Osyth near Clacton, it was my first time and I loved it. It felt strange but so liberating. I'm certainly going back again. |

In our experience its just like textile beaches. You get the odd person who over steps the mark, the odd person who thinks you're all there to look at them and the odd person who equates naked women with nymphomaniacs but most people just like the freedom of being able to swim and sunbathe without a sweaty swimming costume on. Go, you'll find it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. |

Although I also have to say that we should be thankful that the NT didn`t close the beach altogether like they wanted to after numerous complaints of undesirable gay activity. They have relented after much lobbying from NT members who were also naturists but have cut down the available area. I also feel that the area now removed from the available naturist facilities is justified as it is of genuine ecological value. Also, because of what could be creeping through the area, I`m pretty glad I`m not using it with the danger of having my nob nibbled by a sand lizard or my arse bitten by an adder!  |
