I think you should be able to synch your phone to your PMS, so it disables your ability to post on social media sites and forums until you're out of the crazy zone.
That would be really helpful.

Yep I have one. That's how I know when I shouldn't be posting. But I start and then it goes a bit wrong. Something externally needs to stop me. I don't have that kind of self control! |
