is the number of cigarettes I have not smoked and £332.52 is the amount of money not gone up in smoke since I quit, unfortunately, I think I have gained about a stone in weight as clothes are feeling a bit snug |

Well done you!!! Gaining weight initially is pretty normal as food often replaces cigarettes. I quit 6 years ago and gained a few extra chins!
A good ole bit of exercise will help xx |

I'm in the same boat - ciggie free for over two months now, but a tad more curvaceous! *blushes*
But losing some weight is next on the To Do list.

was the best thing i ever did , i dread to think how much i have saved in the 5 years i have have been smoke free lol i may be bigger but i can run and play with my kids and dont sound like marg simpson in a morning anymore |
