there is a difference and as you will know, they do not make gold label anymore (just as well I still have 5 litres)

instead of gold label they now make "gold label reserve"

they also stopped making Green label which I have a stock off also, but I have since heard it is back in production

the decision of a good or bad malt is simply in the taste of the person drinking, what tastes good to one, may not taste the same to another.

For those of you who like dark rum I can thoroughly recommend OVD (Old Vatted Demerrara). It is far removed from the refined and overly commercialised brands that Lambs and Capt Morgan have become.

Very very dark, rich and smooth.
