I just keep telling myself that 99.9% of my customers are really nice people that I actually get on with and some of them have actually become good friends over the years.
There was always gonna be 1 total wanker... And pity the poor bastard cos it's ended up being him!!! |

....and that's why I can never work in retail!
I'd really struggle actually because for 30 years I've been in an industry where it's quite acceptable to answer the boss with whatever profanity comes to mind :D |

one time a woman presumed i was working in a shop and was really rude to me, i wasn't working there and just sitting in a chair next to the till.
i swore at her and told her what i thought of her, she didn't expect that. |
