No.......

It matters what you eat.

Pizza is nutritional SHITE. A veritable calorie loaded piece of nothing.

If you must.....

Soften some onion add a tomato.

Spread it on whole meal toast.

Smother with cheese.

Grill.

EAT.

Not the lowest calorie dish but at least it is nutritional and no added sugar or additives....

Pizza as is sold in our shops is simply NOT food.

Jacket spuds are not fattening.

Eat a medium sized one with a huge salad and some protein ..

Or just have it with beans on or tons of veg.

Apparently cheese is good on a diet, due to the way body digests it. XXX

if youve been dieting all week or for a number of days nutritional shite like pizza could be just what you need

your metabolism can start to stall when you eat clean constantly which is why cheat days are thrown in

the shite kicks it back into gear and you`ll normally wake up lighter not heavier after a cheat day

If you get hungry on a diet, figure out why. Being permanently hungry isn't sustainable.

Are you eating because you're bored, depressed, thirsty or actually hungry?

Calorie counting helps work out the amount of cals you have consumed and how many are left in a day. Calculate your basal metabolic rate to figure out how many cals a day you need to maintain your current weight, then subtract 500 a day and that's what you do to lose weight.

Counting calories really helped me identify which foods I thought were good but actually were making me really fat and which foods are low cal but I thought were naughty.

Identify the low cal foods you enjoy and eat them.

I love my nutribullet as a quick snack and fill it with 50% lettuce and the rest is a banana and store bought frozen fruit. It's quick, and more filling than a bar of chocolate or crisps too.

Make sure you eat regularly so you avoid starving yourself as you're more likely to make bad food choices as your body will then want energy FAST!

Use an app on your phone to make sure you drink 8 glasses of water a day so you're not mistaking hunger for thirst.

I'm near the weight I want to be, but by reducing my carbs to sweet potato, and oats and rice, and only having one lot of bread a day, maximum, my stomach is a lot flatter. I wonder whether I have wheat intolerance as I am always very bloated looking unless I avoid wheat.

Learn your body and figure out what it needs and when. If you're hungry, convince it to eat real food.

But if you make all "bad food" off limits you will just crave it more so try and get the balance right.

I found that although i could keep my calories under the problem i had was too much carbs. Now i have a better idea i find it easier.

Mind you i love my veg so never too bad but now warm weather here im happy for salad season to bulk out meals.

I lost eight stones in less than a year buy not eating carbs and eating, butter, cream, bacon, nuts, steak, cheese, that sort of thing. Carbs are addictive and make you crave.

I did all that 9 years ago, I still don't eat carbs, have kept the weight off and am healthier now than I was in my 30's.

Store bought pizza is never good. But a homemade one or one from an oldskool traditional pizzeria is good. So if your gonna have a pizza, make it a good one. No worse than a sandwich.
