"does a 99 daewoo matiz count? lol"

YOur not admitting to owning one I hope. lol and no, that is just scrap I'm afraid.

I love my classic cars, such soul and feeling. I fancy an 145 cloverleaf for a modern classic and love my old vw and Fords.

Quite fancy a g60 or maybe even a g40 polo. BUt ultimately I want a nice old 2 Dr escort.

I had a pristine White Triumph Stag with the original 3 litre engine. I still regret parting with it.

Rushden

BMW 3.8 M5 (E34) FINAL LTD EDITION (No 22 of 50) - Manual 1995

Not yet what purists call a classic yet, but it is sitting on the drive and begs to be driven everytime I walk past to get in the Jag! Not practical every day transport, but great for sunny afternoons and track days.... (sigh)

I drove VW Beetles for a good few years and VW T2 camper vans.

It was very unusual if I wasn't outside my Mothers house with a VW engine split in half, doing something or another ...

Simple little engines to work on they were - hardly see one nowadays

all over the place

I love classic cars but for the life of me i dont know why ,is it hanging on to your youth or the past i just dont know .

i mean they are generally more unreliable, less comfy, less economical ,and harder to get spares for sometimes ,but i love em .

over the years i have had .

humber hawk

austin van de plas

MGA

MGTC

Delorien

Viva

Mk1 cortina

1958 Landrover series 1

Every one in its own way was a black money pit ,but i look back and smile at the fun i had even when breaking down

Its a mad world !

love all old classic cars and bikes. If I won the lottery I'd shop around for a Norton Dominator and '57 chev (the model escapes me).

if money was no option then it would be a Bugatti tipo 35.

North Bristol

My mum (damn her) had a 1969 Pontiac Firebird with a 6.6 litre V8! Git!

I, on the other hand, have owned a Clio, a Megane, a 323, a Mondeo and a Polo. All of them shite!

Now someone please pass me a '64 Mustang, a '63 Corvette Stingray, a series 2 E-Type convertible, or a Ferrari 250 GTO

We are currently driving a crappy 15 year old Vitara kitted out for offroading and

and old Frontera sport as we are saving for a wedding later this year, Marts last three cars were an old XJ6, a Range Rover Classic and a 1973 stacklight Mercedes coupe, his list goes on and on, he prefers the older or weirder cars, but he's not prissy about them, we had sex on the bonnet of the Merc not long after we first got together. :D
