How old is too old to wear?

Skinny fit jeans/trousers?

Out shopping yesterday looking for clothes and nearly every shop I went in the sales assistants suggested this type of fit.

I was like no thank you, at my age just standard straight leg please but did get me thinking afterwards maybe I should have least tried a pair on?

So how old is too old to be wearing skinny fit? Or are they ok no matter the age, as long as they fit and look ok?

Wear whatever you want.

If you feel good that's all that matters.

Age is never an issue, depends on your overall look you want to achieve.

Sometimes I wear mine with tan boots, sometimes rolled up, sometimes tucked in, now will wear with flip flops

I wear skinny flares and I'm nearly 50. They look good on me and are comfortable.

But I am a square body shape which doesn't help. So perhaps you can carry it off. I just know I can't!!

I think every body type is acceptable it's all a matter of preference really...as for clothes I do think you gotta wear what suits you...if they look ok wear them....but I do think you don't want to be looked at for the wrong reasons..

A guy in skinny jeans should give them back to his girlfriend.

Getting into her pants is just a figure of speech....

No age limit but a 44 inch waist with big legs may not carry the look too well.

Try stuff on and if you like it then do it. I dress for myself and when others like it, we're all happy.

I find that skinny fit jeans will not go up my legs. They seemed to be designed for guys with very little if any muscles on their legs. The frustration I have is finding alternatives as most shops have reduced their stocks of non skinny styles.

That's what happens when you don't skip leg day!

That's probably not too far off the mark though, women do wear them better regardless of age.

Nothing to do with age;

It's about body shape and personal taste.

My friend is 60 and wears skinny jeans. She looks great. I dont think they suit every figure though.

I would say whatever you feel comfortable in.

Im personally not a fan of really tight on men though but thats just my personal taste xx

There is no such thing as being too old for anything. I believe that people should wear exactly what they like.

There are things I wouldn't wear but that is because I don't like them. If I did I would.

I am not a lover of any type of jeans but I do have some skinny jeans. I prefer cropped jeans but I don't wear them often.

"Skinny fit jeans/trousers?

"

I ware them now (wouldn't of 2 years ago) I'm told that they look better on me than what I used to ware.

I didn't feel comfortable at first (they were comfortable on) with the style change but I like it now. I just have trouble finding long enough inside leg length for my waist.

Don't think we are too old as such for any style, but do listen to your closest of friends.
