A lot of my friends are ex swingers so yes
A few of my football mates do as was out outed by another single guy who happened to be on site
Other than that 3 others do
I try to keep it quiet if I can. |

Quite a few of our friends know.. It's funny really as the male friends hardly ever mention it, only the ladies...
I'm not really bothered who knows, there's just a select few that I would just die if they found out..

Quite a few - I told my parents because me ex is now on here & I would rather they heard from me. I did say I used it as a dating site though  and I've mentioned Frank quite a few times when asked what I'm doing at weekend.
Those that know are non-judgmental & a few have even said they're jealous |

Yup a few people in my life know, largely because we were outed by someone who found out from someone we were planning to meet who Facebook stalked us and realised we had a mutual friend and for some unknown reason decided to talk to them about our activities... needless to say we didn't meet them and now we are more cautious about giving our faces away. But nobody who found out really cared about our swinging activities more about the person shit stirring. and a couple are even in the scene now! |

Yeah plenty know.
My fab friends have met my day to day friends and all that.
fab friends have become every day friends and every day friends have become fab friends.
People are just people. Doesn't matter one bit where you meet them.
i find it easier than hiding stuff

A lot of people know about my fablife. They think I'm crazy but know I keep myself safe.

I'm a single woman with two grown children and some of the stories I've heard about family finding out after accidents or other incidents, I decided to tell them. It wasn't that surprising to them, I've been single for 30 years so they know I get my sexual needs fulfilled one way or another.
They don't want to know the details but if an A&E nurse hands them my belongings in a bag, hundreds of miles away from my home and in a city I have no connection with, they won't be surprised.

They know i have *friends" i meet from a social internet site.
None of them have asked for the name of the site except my son found out cause the site came up
They have absolutly no interest in my sex life.
They also know i go away and to parties. My mum has even met some of them |

I keep my two lives entirely separate . What possible interest would it to be anyone what I got up to in private ?. I have things to talk about that are a lot more interesting .

It doesn't come up in conversation and all those who actually know me, know my 'private' life is my real world. The public facade is different depending on what is needed to fill the role. I find being openly -if it comes up- poly is the bit that throws people more than swinging. |

I have what I like to call a cross over friend. Started as your dynamic did and fascination turned to curiosity, and curiosity got the better of her and now she swings too. We've known each other since primary school and are really good at leading each over astray  |

Again, why assume people are embarrassed because they don't feel it necessary to share all the minutiea of their lives with all and sundry?
How many times a day I take a dump, my bank balance, my pension package etc are things I'm not embarrassed about but as they're private and personal I don't share that information. Just as my sex life is private and personal. |

Suits us to do this discreetly and privately when we are able to or have the urge to. In my (Mr) earliest swinging days I had an issue when had confided in a friend about some club visits, he thought it hilarious to share this when d*unk with some other friends, what a lovely guy  |

I don't share this lifestyle with anyone in the vanilla world.... I don't want to have to go to business functions or dinner parties and have all my friends and colleagues thinking I want to fuck their wives... It's better to be safe than sorry. |
