When you've not visited the site for a while and you come back to read the forums do you look at all of the posts from the past few days and comment if it floats your boat or do you just take up where you left off last or perhaps read and reply to the most recent?

I have a short attention span, so only look at threads on the front page, and seldom even scroll down to the bottom! |

We're the same on that score then Sassy.
Another expansion to the debate - do you read all of the previous threads on a one you;re going to comment on to ensure you don't repeat something that has already been said. I do so tend not to post on threads that have had dozens of replies as its odds on I'll just be repeating what has already been posted.
I think some just go straight to last comment on thread. |

I used to read all of a thread, but invaribly, half way down it turns into a love in...and I get bored and close it.
Nowadays, if the thread is long I just read the opening post and add my comment at the end. I daresay I've replicated what someone else has said...but honestly, it get's boring with the "personal stuff" in the middle of interesting threads. |

" Very much depends on who the OP is for me, depends if i am in the kinda mood to bite my tongue or not usually, some great threads that run i read the whole of it as i like the subject..depends on mood and how much time i have |

If I've been away for a day or two ....
1. Log in and look at thread titles.
2. If a thread title appeals - read it.
3. If there's sommat on it I want to comment on .....make comment ( or don't if it's someone who can't discuss without being offended, offensive or personal )
4. Ignore all threads started by people I have learned ask Q's I have no interest in.
5. Totally ignore the 'Would you fuck the one above/below threads'
6. Leave without posting a sausage most times.
7. Say sommat fun/serious to the folk that I have learned DO know how to make chit chat, come backs, conversations, discussions without getting etc etc etc .....
8. Usually read all posts to understand the thread..... I don't if it's too long.
9. Seldom post what I'd really like to say. Always temper what it IS that I DO say.
10. Ignore those who make personal comments.

P.S.
What Femme said. Depends on the O.P too wether I will read or not.
Love in threads where people confess their undying whatevers for each other make me puke ..... both ends. |

I hadn't logged in for 3 days this morning.
I try to go back through the last days threads but my lack of attention span means this fades after I span back further than 10 hours.
I do cherry pick the threads I read and can be blissfully unaware of whole topics raging away until someone tells me in a PM.
Things that make me read a thread are the poster and if they have nice tits. |

Granny, Sassy and Polo threads/posts interest me the most... I truly admire their total honesty.
and of course time waster, bi guys, bare backers and the marrieds.. just to see if their is any originality in there... I leave disappointed. |
