There can't be just one.

Favourite when I'm happy, or when I'm sad...... When I'm drinking or when I'm driving...... Most listened to or means the most to me emotionally?

That said, Mozart's Requiem has to be damn close to the top of the list.

Not technically a song, but probably hits most of the criteria above.

My nephew had a string quartet at his wedding reception and we entered the banqueting hall to that. It's a typical wedding song.
