Forgive me fabbers, for I have sinned! I have slipped from the righteous path of virtue and fallen into the great abyss of darkness. I cannot bear to look myself in the mirror and face up to the grievous unworthy and lost soul that I have become. I have succumbed to the dark side and stumbled from the path of all that is good and right.
I can barely bring myself to recall and admit the wrongs I committed last night. All for the temporary self gratification and the temporary pleasure that it brought.
I have nobody else to blame for the terrible sin I committed last night. I not only committed this terrible crime myself but coerced others into stumbling and falling from the path that is right and good.
Last night I went to Brick lane and had a curry. Although I stuck to a mixed grill I did nibble a small amount of popadom.
To add more shame to my sinful ways I then walked to Bishopsgate and ordered a hot chocolate for myself.
I can only plead with you for mercy and say that I refused the scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam and turned down the chocolate brownies and ice cream.
Fabbers, I stand in front of you baring my soul and make my confession before you.
I am a sinner
I deserve my punishment
Have mercy on my tortured soul.

I got munchies last night and ate:
* 3 slices of Parma ham
* 1/4 tub of Phis Food icecream
* a selection of Lindor chocolates
* some millionaires shortbread
* a pork pie
* a packet of quavers
* 1/2 pound of Dolchelatta
And then I drank some milk as it felt a bit... Much
