I know someone who is waiting to have the operation but was wondering how long does it take between second opinion and the actual op? And then how long does it take for recovery - ive read it takes between 5-6 weeks but they seem to think it longer.. |

Define "the operation" what kind of transition? From where to where? Hormones begun? Etc etc. Lots more to it than just an operation and there are many who know much more about this than me. |

Male to female .. they have had the go ahead for surgery i was just wondering how long the wait would be |
