Ideally you will have both, if you are really lucky, like me, with the same person.
Lust is the explosion of flame, gone in an instant, Love I'd the glowing embers that will ignight the next explosion. |

I'm not usually a soppy person but I like that |

I find the concept of love confusing. I've known people who have got together and within 2 weeks they are saying they are in love. But how can you know enough about the person in that time to feel certain enough to declare that?
I think my heart is made of steel |

"I think its much harder when your younger. Obviously you can love and lust the same person. For me its simple to tell the difference"
Can you explain it? I mean obviously I know when what I have is pure lust for someone but there must be a point for everyone where the lines are blurred if there is a connection? |

I love very freely and steadfastly, but there are different levels of love anyway- from a gentle affection to a grand, all-consuming passion.
Lust is simply the strong desire for something, physical in this case. It can exist on it's own, with some short-lived infatuation, or with real love, which lasts. |

I used to go out with someone who was partially deaf, great when he switched his hearing aid off at night and I could snore as loud as I wanted |

Love is something cant necessarily be explained or assess in a physical manner, as to why you love the person, and the reasons behind love differ to Lust itself, lust is more stimulated by physical attraction for another person but also emotinally stimulating, if it comes down to soley pleasure id say its lust, either or, dont think love has happened to me yet i am rather young. |

We got one of those super-king sized beds, so it's no longer right in my ear but, if we both stretch out our arms, we can still hold hands |

"Do you think it is easy to distinguish between the two?
What do you personally think are the differences between them?"
I would take a bullet to protect the people I love or I am in love with….. for those I simply lust after, I would duck |

I know, I am a soppy sod, but lucky enough to have loved two women, who loved me equally. Even luckier that it was sequential not parallel |
