You know how it is...
You join a new site/forum that your interested in like FAB POF and Tinder etc.
Everything is fresh and new
All new faces/people and all with new opinions thoughts ideas and pics to perv at etc.
It's exciting and fun getting to know the people and you may get a bit of an ego boost from the attention you get as a "Newbie".
Then as your time their passes you find the shine is fading and it's not longer exciting like it was when you first joined?
What do you do if you personally start feeling like that?
Give it a break?
Leave?
Join another new site/forum?
Or just hang in there?
What you think peeps?
I'm not saying I'm at that stage here yet. But just wondered if any of you have felt tired bored and jaded of some sites/forums and if so how did you deal with it? |

Step back or leave. I have been a member of quite a few forums and they almost always self destruct and regrow from ground zero sometimes I leave at that stage and others I stay because it's fresh. |

I come and go on the forums, depending on work and life ... must admit threads go in waves and the real meaty ones recently have all been about relationship dramas ... no 'big issues' which I like to get my teeth into (green arrow away) ... but I don't use the site to meet anymore |

"Get a forum ban, suprising how many posts you want to reply to when you cant "
When that happens I just stay away .... I do find there are some people who are waiting in the wings to whoop you .... or is it just me that seems to happen to? |

Boredom is a self inflicted condition ...
I don't allow myself to become bored.... "
This for me too. Also I don't get a thrill from being someone new,I don't make a grand entrance and court attention. |
