Just a thought while I'm watching a report on it on the news... I only learned about it last year, but my great grandma's brother died while fighting in that battle when he was only twenty and my great grandma was still a teenager. Odd to hear of him as just a number now  |

Ooooh, I've just googled that! I love a bit of family history 
I don't think that my great grandma's brother would ever have imagined that his great great niece would be lamenting the 100th anniversary of his death on a swingers forums though... |
