Anti nausea ideas

Urgh I feel rotten and very delicate today and I have a dance class later so all tips for getting the human feeling back as quickly as possible are gratefully received.

I've managed to keep down a couple of slices of toast and cup of tea already but feel lousy still

ginger is really good,just eat some if you have any crystallised, or ginger tea bags, or grate fresh into hot water,very soothing for feeling sick

Rest is always the best thing I find, I know you said you had a dance class but sometimes you just have to give it a miss and relax

Peppermint tea might help .other than that try ginger and as others said ..rest.x

Lots of water to drink ...even have a shower ...showers always help me when i feel eeewww

I thought it was something I'd eaten yesterday but I've got achey joints as well if I let the painkillers wear off so could be a bug I suppose, I never get sick though, I'm always the last one standing in our house so seems odd that I'm the only one down with it

When I feel sick I have Andrews salts .it either settles my stomach or I'm sick .But either way I feel better after it .

But if you're ill I'm sure the class would understand rather than spread a bug. Ginger is good for nausea.
