Why is it all week when I have to get up for work, I could turn over and sleep again for hours when the alarm wakes me up. Yet at weekends when I get the opportunity to lie in, I'm awake at silly o'clock, yesterday was just after 6 and this morning 5.30!! This is really getting on my wick now

Trouble is, early/mid afternoon I start flagging and need one of my now famous (in this house anyway) power naps.
