Google natural foods that boost libido. Up ones exercise and make sure you have plenty of rest. Get your lover to do oil massages. |

Think the thyroid complaint/ meds kills the libido more than anything. I had a total close down for ten years when I was 43. Had no feeling whatsoever.
I think feeling sexy in yourself having norty chat and desiring someone and being desired really boosts the system. Dont think random sexual encounters help the situation.
I know I have to feel something for someone to get aroused, enter into mental play and excitement with anticipation. When I was seeing someone just the thought of meeting was so exciting my libido came right back. If however you find something that works share it with us . Good luck |
