I started this week (day 3 today) and so far I am sticking to this - I don't find the shakes or the snacks bad at all but I have found myself to be very tired come the evening but I'm hoping I will adjust the longer I go on with it
Does anyone have any slim fast reviews or general dieting successes/failures to share? |

I generally found that eating less more often worked for me so instead of 3 meals a day, I had 3 smaller main meals and 3 healthy snacks between. Seemed to stop me feeling hungry all the time and with a few walks and bike rides thrown in, the weight come off without and any noticeable issues. |

Personally I could never do a meal replacement diet....I prefer to eat real food and the actual process of chewing something is a psychological cue to me feeling full. Just drinking my food would mean I over consume. |

Thanks for the reply - I thought I would be the same as well but I think it helps that I'm having the two shakes at work where there's no food around so I can't go off track - at least then when I'm home I get to have an evening for meal |

Thank for the response - I am a member of the gym so once work becomes a bit quieter I will be incorporating that in so with both those things in full flow in hoping the weight will drop |

Thanks for the reply - I'm hoping I don't have to spend that long on this although I would like to lose around 2 stone so I know I'm going to have to be patient |

I would be careful with doing high impact excersice while on slim fast...slim fast is a short term weight loss programme as you consume very little calories. I wouldn't do both but that's just me personally. |

1800 calories a day for an average man..if you burn anymore at the gym then even better.. just be sure to add protein if youre training too..ie red meet |

I've started having a slimfast for lunch and three of the snacks through the day.
I have been feeling tired but I think there are other factors at play.
Seems to be working well for me and I'm saving pounds on pub lunches etc. |
