A little story. 
when on holiday with a mate, We used to walk up and down the road , seeing the sites and what people where wearing.
Having the guts to wear really 
I would see someone and say the bart simpson saying "hi caramber"
This went on for about 3 days and one particular night i said it again...
At which point my mate turns to me and says..."i like her handbag"
"whose fooking handbag" she thought i had been saying "i like her handbag" all the time. lmao. |

I guess I should explain the name... funnily enough, be nice isn't far from the truth.
It's actually a name of a chewy caramel sweet that you can get on the continent but I've not seen them for sale in Blighty. They're Carambar Jr's favourite sweets, so whenever we've been on holiday we tend to buy them.
When I signed up I was thinking of a name to use and there was one of Carambar Jr's sweets not far away so I just thought that'd do... and then I did the Bart Simpson thing too, so I decided to stick with it. |

i'm gussing your friend was a female seeing as they assumed you meant a handbag
i'd have thought caramber only because us men do atually listen to what you ladies say
well sometime...... when the footy's not on and theres npwt on th box
