Hello just wondering why I can't send winks but can messages ?

To anyone at all, or the same person repeatedly?

In the case if the latter, I think you can't send another wink unless they delete your first one.

In the case of the former, maybe there's a daily limit, so that you don't look like you have a nervous tic
