Love comedies, thrillers, and sci-fi.

Agreed, western horror tends test the strength of gut. Love Juon (sp?), the ring, the grudge, and others without English names..

love how I'm unable to sleep in the dark afterwards..

i forgot i like sci-fi, not watched any for ages.

i like all those films as well, don't know why but korea are really good at making scary films.

shutter is good too, i even liked the american version of that despite them changing the ending to something a bit rubbish.

gonna watch shock labyrinth now, that film isn't scary but does mess with your head.

Not sure why either. Maybe we're just numb to gore, like we are numb to violence, sexism (or any other forms of inequality).

Really enjoyed shutter suspected it a remake, felt the same about Jennifer Connely's dark water.

Might stick shock labyrinth on too, looks good.

Most recent thumbs up of western horrors: Grave encounters, succeeded where Blair witch failed. The second one was fun too..

i just don't like blood, films with gore make me feel ill and not scared. i need my head messing with by watching films where nothing actually happens so your mind makes things up for you. r-point was good for doing that, so was catacomb.

one missed call...so loved that film!!

you watching shock labyrinth? i am.

it's not that scary, the effects are bad as well i forgot. but the story is good and it has a unique twist. you'll be fine with the lights off.

one missed call is well scary, the korean version anyway. i can't find it on dvd, think my son has nicked it.

There are quite a few online streaming sites (free & no sign ups) putlocker, vodlocker, etc.

Let me know if you need links

Thank you, I'm just lazy and want the content curated to my interests. Finding titles myself is a lot of effort

Or a external hard drive. Have one for backing up, but is full of photography, music and films.
