This is a shout out to all the lurkers and non participants, seriously, I can't remember the last time there was actually someone NEW chatting (well, who wasn't a single male anyway). Honestly, I reckon there's less than 20 profiles I see in the forums on a regular basis these days, where IS everybody?

I don't think that a lot of the people who have been in the forums for a long time get this. The fact is that there is a lot of in-talk that goes on, not purposely, it is a natural thing for a group who know each other. But it can be off-putting for new posters.

When I first started posting I only kept going at first because I saw it as a challenge.

I do get it as I remember it. I've no Tits so got ignored all the time but like you I wouldn't be beat so I say to all newbies post post post and post some more. Eventually you'll get the in house stuff and even if it looks like we are ignoring you I no for me at least that's just not true. I have no filters set so even feel free to give me a poke that way

I enjoy the forums for what they are, I don't post or not post for fear of what people might think or not being popular.

If you feel you need a reason to post or have a reason not to then a forum might not be your natural home

I post to air my views; don't use the forums to meet ... a few threads recently have really put me off. There are some really nasty people out there, and I have a thick skin .... sort of made me realise that some of these are people I wouldn't want to be around.
