so near and yet so far....

What's the best way to reduce fluid in your legs? My knee has just blown up and right leg is swollen now....

Assume a natural position (legs behind head) try a few kinky things (hold ice pack on it) self medicate (ibuprofen, read the label)

They do, I'd not trust any of them thou.. I work for an American doctor, so I'll ask her opinion tomorrow...

My experience of Chinese hospitals isn't good, I went and saw a doctor, who touched my knee, told me I had arthritis...

I'd be worried it's a a blood clot if it's swollen without injury/trauma. Watch out for DVT

In that case you're probably similar to me. One of my knees dislocates easily every time I ski, takes ages for it to get better. Now it just swells or flares up every so often, nothing except for not using it helps. Maybe buy a stick/crutch to take the weight off?

In that case you're probably similar to me. One of my knees dislocates easily every time I ski, takes ages for it to get better. Now it just swells or flares up every so often, nothing except for not using it helps. Maybe buy a stick/crutch to take the weight off?"

I've got the flattest bum out as have been sitting on it resting leg xx

It's a horrible feeling when everything swells....

Check that you don't have any bites, some can get an allergic reaction.

otherwise as above,

Try some stretches throughout the day to help relive tension.

X oh apparently aloe Vera is supposed to be good for the swelling. Try get the fresh stuff.

Thank you, I've been rubbing my legs to get circulation moving and doing some stretches.
