Obviously the first thing that springs to mind is the 100 meters, for pure burst of energy
And also the marathon and its endurance test is very sexy
But I'm going to say triathlon   |

I still have broad shoulders from swimming lots when I was younger, unfortunately all my muscles are now covered in a layer of fat |

Has anyone ever seen a pro surfer with a horrible body? I was in Devon a few years ago and I was talking to this surfer dude, I nearly fell through the floor when he told me he was going to California to surf as a present to himself for his 60th birthday, I thought he was younger than me  |

The race against time. That element of danger, the anticipation and that possibility of not finishing really gets the adrenaline going and is very sexy.
I've always had a cheeky thing for the 3.30 at Kempton too. |

I've never been ill from sea sports and I'm in there regularly xxx
I've found most sea/water sports use almost every muscle that coupled with having to maintain a constant body temperature
If I had to call an epic race it would be endurance sailing and desert ultra marathon running
That said the bob graham round in the lakes is an amazing fell run but that's topped I guess by those who incorporate that into a wild triathlon
