I have one and they do give you some girth which with a cock ring can be sustained longer but as far as a harder cock goes I've yet to get that effect.
And use with caution,to much pressure to soon can damage the blood vessels |

I have 2. They do nothing for the length outside of the camber but left on long enough, it will make it alot thicker. I brought one for 20 quid from bondara that really didn't do fuck all except make it red lol but another I brought from lovehoney for 30 is much better. Came with a better hand pump and a pussy.. like a flesh light and alot more comfortable as the cheaper one hurts the public area as it presses against you. If your gonna get one, get the xx one from lovehoney. Not the bondara cheap ones  |

Quite frankly I'm disappointed that here we find ourselves

Depends on the definition of pleasure I guess. I have a water based one rather than air pump.
